InterACTION Roofing

Roofing leads that actually book.

Pre-qualified homeowners. Booked inspections.

The problem

Plenty of leads is not the same as plenty of jobs.

Leads that go nowhere

You pay for a name and a number. Many are people who were never going to book a visit, let alone sign off a job.

Reports you cannot check

A monthly summary with a big lead count tells you little. You need to know what each lead cost and which ones became work.

Not knowing who owns what

If the ad account, landing page or customer data belongs to the agency, leaving them means starting again.

What you get

Fewer time-wasters. More booked inspections.

Facebook and Instagram ads that bring you pre-qualified homeowners: people who have said what they need and when, and can book a free roof inspection.

After you book a call

What happens from first call to first results.

No surprises. Here is how it goes, in order.

  1. The call

A short, no-pressure conversation. I ask how you win work now, what you spend, how many jobs you can take on and what a good job is worth. If it is not a fit, I will tell you.

  2. Your numbers

Using your real figures, I work out what a won job would need to cost for advertising to make sense for your business, and whether the maths works at all.

  3. A written proposal

A plain summary of the test budget, my fee and what each of us is responsible for. It runs month to month, with no long contract.

  4. Set up in your name

Your ad account, Facebook page and landing page are created under your ownership. You pay Meta directly for ad spend, so you see every pound.

  5. Launch and weekly reports

Ads go live, enquiries are followed up and tracked, and each week you get the same short report from spend through to jobs won. We review it together and adjust.

Worth having to hand

  • What you spend on leads today, if anything
  • How many jobs a month you can take on
  • Your average job value
  • The areas you cover
  • Who owns your current ad accounts and website

You will leave the call with

  • An honest view on whether this suits you
  • A sense of a sensible test budget
  • A written proposal to follow

Case studies

Who I'm working with.

One pilot partner so far. The rest of the carousel is placeholder space for real clients and results.

Client review: to come

A real review from the pilot partner goes here once the pilot has results. Nothing on this page is a testimonial yet, and none will appear unless it is genuine and the client has agreed to it.

First case study: in progress

I am tracking the pilot from spend to jobs won. When there are real numbers they will be published here with the client's permission, including the ones that look bad. The first few roofers I work with get an introductory rate, in return for letting me use their results.

Check the fit

FAQ

Questions roofers ask.

What happens after I book a call?

We talk through how you win work today and what it costs. If it looks like a fit, I send a written proposal with the test budget, my fee and who does what. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

How much does it cost?

There are two costs. The first is ad spend, which you pay straight to Meta, so you can see every pound. The second is my fee, which is kept low while I build case studies and agreed in writing before any money is spent. I do not publish fixed prices yet because the right budget depends on your area and how many jobs you can take on.

Is there a long contract?

No. It runs month to month. If you want to stop, you stop, with no notice-period traps.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

You do. The ad account, Facebook page, landing page domain and every lead's details are set up in your name. If we part ways, you keep all of it.

Can you promise a number of leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your area, your offer, your reviews and how fast you answer. What I can promise is clear reporting from spend to jobs won.

Do I need to change how I run my business?

Not much. You need real photos, a few recent reviews, and someone able to answer the phone or confirm visits quickly. I handle the rest.
